Nutella and Ferreiro Rocher Blondies are a dreamy combination of two favorite foods — rich Nutella and cute Ferreiro Rocher chocolate — that are included in the Goy, Golden Blondie Bar. These blonde colors are a perfect blend of hazel nuts, chocolate, and creamy textures, making them irresistible sweets for any sweet lover.

Ingredients:

  1. 170 g butter, melted
  2. 220 g light brown sugar
  3. 100 g granulated sugar
  4. 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  5. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  6. 220 cup plain flour
  7. 60 g chocolate chips
  8. 10 chopped Ferrero Rocher
  9. 150 g Nutella melted for topping 10-12 Ferrero Rocher halves

Instructions:

How to Make Nutella & Ferrero Rocher Blondies:

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small pan above the stove. But don’t burn it. Transfer the melted butter to the mixing bowl.

Add both sugars and use a whiskey to mix butter and sugar together. Keep sautéing until the mixture becomes like a paste that pulls cleanly away from the side of the bowl when you mix it.

Add the eggs and mix again.

And add vanilla and flour to the bowl and mix with whiskey until just mixed (this should only take a minute). This is important, because more mixing at this stage will affect the composition of the blondies!

Fold gently into the chocolate chips and cut the chopped ferro Rocher until mixed.

Preheat the oven to 180C and line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper. Let the parchment paper hang on the sides of the pan so you can easily remove the blondies color from the pan later.

Pour the batter into a lined baking pan using a spatula to take all the batter out of the bowl.

Cook for 25-35 minutes. The top of the whites should be colored, and the toothpick should not be clean when you insert a toothpick in the middle.

blondies are produced when the toothpick has a few wet pieces, but not wet batters.

Let the blondies cool completely before cutting. Keep in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours for better results
